· 15+ years of experience
· Technology Architects who have extensively worked in Core-banking implementations and integrations involving:
o Nextgen architecture – designs for new modern core banking technologies
o Micro Serv architecture, Cloud
· Ability to manage multiple moving parts in modern core transformation programs
· Experience in any technology (any product) – 10x, Mambu, Thought Machine, FlexCube, Temenos preferred (and integration around that)
· Must have experience in Banking domain (Retail/Commercial Banking preferable)
· Design thinking, should be able to understand the customer requirements and map those to the feature available in banking product
· Team Leading experience
· Contribute in Building Capabilities in TM and Setting-up the CoE
· Good Client interfacing skills & should have involved in client interactions Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper delivery of the requirement.
· Should have Good Communication skills, Team Player & Good Analytical Skills.
