Total 6+ years of experience in Solution design and extensive experience working as a solution architect
As Solution Designer, candidate should be able to transform an program vision, goals, and available resources into a discernible, measureable means of achieving the target vision
As a solution designer should have experience in defining what the organization will do to achieve its financial or business goals with the help of improving or optimizing processes
Experience in handling UX UI, Digital, OSS, CRM/ Billing, ERP and Microservices projects will be helpful
Experience in handling products like Pega, SFDC, ADOBE, Nokia, Kenan, SAP/ Oracle
Telecom experience is must
Added advantage is candidate has merger or big transformation integration experience.

· 10+ Years of IT experience in which minimum 3+ years as a technical program manager .
· Telecom experience is must . Experience in E2E Technical program management and project management .
· Agile delivery experience will be added advantage .
· Experience in delivering onsite centric large programs will be added advantage .
· Must be able to understand technical architecture .
· Experience is handling multi location stake holders is must
