Job Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for an architect with a knowledge of Devops and Databases. In this role you will join our operation
team that is responsible for the service continuity, platform governance and the platform evolutions of the Scenario
Monitoring Platform. The current platform is running an APM – BPM solution from Microfocus on a full Windows
environment.

Management of Incident resolution and Request execution
Splunk Administration group Tasks L1/L2
End User Survey
Backlog tracking
Escalation & complaint management on Incident/request
Change Support
Problem Management
Remote End user support activities
Reporting, Communication, Documentation & Presentation
Training execution and materials preparation for video records
Training execution and materials preparation for live sessions (On-site & Web Conferencing)
Redaction of Improvement Action plan and implementation
H24 duty call support
Run regular analysis of incident volume and typologies to update existing documentation & process
Run regular analysis of knowledge articles usage and performance
Ensure recording of workarounds and standard solutions in RTM Knowledge Management base – Confluence
Ensure the transfer of Knowledge to the End users and the support teams
Update Operational documentation
Update Self Service portal knowledge articles
Ensure data consistency for all customers data onboarded
Support and deployment tasks

Core Competencies mandatory skills:
Minimum 3 years experience in Administration / Architecture of Splunk Core and ES modules,
Core Competencies mandatory,
Experience working in an agile environment,
Advanced English level (All Doc / Meetings / communications are in English)
