Team Leader/Senior Finnova Application Manager

Our client is looking for a Team leader / Senior Finnova Application Manager & Supporter, to be based in Schlieren, Switzerland.
In this versatile specialist and management role, you will take care of the Finnova overall banking solution with every one of the adjacent peripheral systems and ensure ongoing operation.
You will work on interesting business projects in the areas of Application Service Providing (ASP) and IT Outsourcing (ITO).

Your tasks will include:
Professional and personnel management, ongoing development of the application manager.
Ensuring the operation of application management and customer SLAs.
Independent implementation of solutions together with the customer.
Coordination, monitoring and quality assurance of the implementations.
Support with the introduction of new core banking releases (parameterization / testing).
Ensuring regulatory requirements.

What you should be bringing with you:
Management experience, entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of personnel development.
Multi-year professional experience in banking application management.
Knowledge of Finnova banking software or a comparable banking software.
In-depth knowledge of one or more areas such as payment transactions, portfolio management system (PMS) / financial reporting and / or legal / tax reporting is an advantage.
Proven specialist with completed training / further education in the banking field or in Business administration and / or in computer science.
Methodological skills and structured working methods (SQL, ITIL, Agile methods & ISAE knowledge of Advantage).
Very good knowledge of German and English (B2 / C1), French an advantage.
Reliable, independent team player with high quality awareness.
