My client is looking for an expirenced Senior lead with hands on knowledge of Teamcenter Enterprises. Experience in exclusively from Siemens Teamcenter Development & Support.
· Qualified in technical 3rd level support for Teamcenter Enterprises on Site.
· Due to the security requirements, the employees must be of German nationality.
· Project term is at least 2 years and is expected to start in Q4 2020.
· ITIL framework for support services for L2 and L3 technical support for Teamcenter Enterprise.
· Service requests must be processed with a lower priority, whereby incidents have priority order (incidents P1 / 2/3/4, followed by service requests).
· Application maintenance log, backup and batch planning in coordination with Customer teams.
· Monitor the incidents and requests for our customer.
· Tickets for the commercial / technical service and assignment of the right team for the solution – Analysis of the configuration for the requirements – Determination of the required measures – Coordination of the different teams – Business, database, server / storage, network, testing configuration changes
· Location is deployed on site near Munich and location is Ottobrunn.
· German Communication written and verbal is a must.
