Essential Skills:
· Requirements gathering in a technical environment, e.g. Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, Cloud and on-premise infrastructure platforms.
· Secrets Management experience e.g. HashiCorp Vault
· Strong process mapping skills
· Strong analysis skills
· Identification of use cases
· Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies
· Root cause analysis
· Ability to optimize processes and maximize efficiency
· Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
· Positive team player working as part of a large programme
· Accountability for deliverables and proven track record of delivering on schedule
· Proficient in MS Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence

Desirable Skills
· IAM / PAM experience
· Previous financial services experience
· Experience of working within a global distributed programme and global teams
