UI/UX Designer

The Role
Experienced, process-oriented Digital User Experience expert, at state-of-the-art integration solutions for wealth management financial services businesses; helping to develop a set of common interfaces and a common data model for the industry.
You will create the digital strategy, user experience design and create innovative, delightful, and compelling experiences.
Craft strategies for key projects through research and recommendations.
Define, sell, and fashion the user experience vision for projects through design and development.

Skills Required
3+ years of experience UX Design and exposure to Front End development coding.
3+ years of experience as a UX designer on projects for high profile clients, including experience designing responsive web and mobile first applications.
Strong portfolio of work including digital strategy, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, content strategy, and UI development.
Experience conducting user/stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and user testing sessions, then creating recommendations that drive design strategy accordingly.
Strong experience with data-driven design and usage data analysis.
Ability to communicate and present to internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive, reliable, self-starter who is highly detail orientated.
Someone who strives for innovation and has strong aesthetic sensibilities.

Good to have
Aesthetic design experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
Material design
