
Our client requires a Workforce Solutions Consultant, idealy a minimum of 5+ years of WorkForce application experience.
You will need to have hands on experience in Configuration and Integrations for Workforce Software.
You will have experience on Time off requests.
Mandatory Skills:
We would need a Workforce Software Lead – mainly a time and attendance guy (Workforce Software certification is must) – Time Management.
Experience in Configuration and Integrations for Workforce Software to SuccessFactors.
Should have good understanding of Payroll (ADP) as time management is linked to Payroll.
Its a product on Time Management (https://www.workforcesoftware.com/about-us/).
Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance and similar applications such as Kronos, ADP eTime.
Superior knowledge of the HR function & processes.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Position goals:
Consulting and implementing WFS solutions. Developing solutions using the WFS software that meets customer requirements.
Able to work on a dynamic, customer-focused team.
Educate customers on best practices in implementation of WFS Product Suites.
Several end-to-end WorkForce Software implementations.
Experience on HR Import and building interfaces with third party software
Working on SuccessFactors Integrations and ADP for Payroll.
Preferred Skills:
Logical and technical mindset that can analyze problems and identify root causes.
Experience or ability to learn SQL and write queries.
Understand Agile Methodologies, frameworks and practices in a services organization.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
WorkForce Software certification.
Demonstrate Leadership Skills and an Executive Presence
Education:
A bachelors degree or equivalent (Masters preferred).
