Key Responsibilities:
Seamless service to Clients Electronic Trading clients. A client IT facing role which is one stop shop for all IT related needs
Single point of contact for all clients globally and for multiple asset classes that are being serviced out of the various coverage desks in EMEA.
Top layer FIX support function to shield Development and Business desks from BAU queries
Efficient and faster client onboarding and vendor certifications
Act as the primary FIX coordinator and analyst for any critical business rollouts impacting our electronic trading clients
Work with the Business and Quants to define and design vendor Algo screens
Build knowledgebase on vendor capabilities and nuances
Champion the use of ATDL in client offerings
Manage internal business relationship and the EMEA FE Book of Work and act as the liaison between the business desk and the wider FE team in Belfast/London
Optimizing our existing Certification & Onboarding process, introducing high level of automation leading to a better client experience

Qualifications Required:
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in developing/supporting FIX
Advanced knowledge of the FIX protocol
Should be comfortable in working with multiple stakeholders that are spread out geographically
