Job Title: SAP Service Delivery Mananger
Location: Paris, France (hybrid onsite 3 days per week)
Hire Type: Permanent Position
Salary Offer: €100,000 to €120,000 plus benefits

As Service Delivery Manager , your main area of responsibilities will be:
– Accountable for the Service Delivery Management of the account
– Ensure the Service performance of the account through:
o Meet the Quality targets ( SLAs/KPIs) defined as per the contract
o Customer Satisfaction : Maintain good relationship with all stake holders while ensuring all projects are on time
o Delivery Forecast : Forecast all the Change Requests and upcoming projects
o Financial follow up : Reporting on Plan VS Actuals and anticipate any deviation
o Risk Management and its respective action plan
– Manage the contractuals commitments
– Project governance and reporting structures. Establish and follow governance structures
– Responsible of the Governance within an Onsite/Offshore Delivery Model : Planning, Coordination, Invoicing and Roadmap to ensure Service delivery efficiency
– As first Point of Contact of the customer, ensure that the requirements are met with high level of customer satisfaction
– Tracking, monitoring and supervising projects using project management tools and reporting regular updates
– Ensure Internal and Customer process compliancy
– Team Management and career path follow up.
– Mentor, guide, coach team members and ensure all are working towards project objectives
– Farming and Manage the new opportunities with the customer
– Ensuring Innovation and Continuous improvement

Your profile
– 15+ Yrs. of relevant Service Delivery experience in managing support activities Graduated from a business school, an engineer or an equivalent (Bac+5).
– Hands on working experience of onsite-offshore model
– Experience in Project Management (Minimum of 1 SAP implementation and 2 Support engagements)
– Well versed in change management and stakeholder management
– Experience in a distributed Delivery Model (Onsite/Offshore)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Fluent in French and English.
